Financial experts agree: the best way to be ready for the future is to start saving as soon as you can. Our 401(k) Savings Plan offers a tax-deferred method of setting money aside automatically each month. The company provides an
automatic contribution of 3% of eligible pay each year, that may be paid in Whirlpool common stock. Whirlpool matches 100% of the first 3% of salary deferrals and 50% of the next 2%. These contributions are pre-tax, and earnings on the investments are tax deferred.
